Use this form to grade the quality of a student’s
presentation. Each category receives a
grade between 1 and 5. Five is the highest score, and one
the lowest. Fractional grades are recommended based on the
teacher’s judgement. The total score represents the
score out of a possible perfect score of 15 that the
student has earned. Whether the answer is correct or not
has no direct bearing on the score. Comments should also be
appended to clarify the reason for the grades given.
